I'm a big proponent of using existing old/historic buildings and not just tearing them down or leaving them to deteriorate. So kudos to you for taking over at least part of an old brick building. Those of us who were born and raised in Spokane will have nostalgia for the building since it was the Carnation plant. Remember that big neon Carnation sign? And remember how the milkman actually delivered milk to your door each week? Ahhh...good memories.
